A Fall Giveaway

note:  Well, it turns out my tutorial for Glace Forever Quilt was too similar to an already published pattern so it has been pulled.  I understand,  there are so many quilt patterns out there,  it is bound to happen. I just don't want anyone to think I would ever copy a quilt.  I would never do that.  I know (to a small degree) how much work goes into designing a pattern.

First off, be sure and go visit the Moda Bake Shop today! It took me two years but I finally finished a tutorial over there.   Thanks to everyone who is over here visiting from the bake shop, hope you will like my little giveaway.  Be sure and come visit again, I  have some big projects in the works!

Included in the giveaway are 4 fat quarters of this pretty fall fabric by Sandy Gervais, for Moda.  Also I made these two flowers.  One is a barrette and one is a pin you can attach to a jacket or bag or whatever works for you.

To Enter -

For one entry, become a follower on my blog.

For another entry -  Become a follower and tell me what you'd make with this fabric.

For Five entries - Do everything above and post about this little giveaway on you blog.

Make sure you leave me some way to notify you if you are the winner!

I will pick the winner by random generator first thing Wednesday morning.  Thanks Again for everyone who entered!

If I win the fabric, I'd probably make a table runner for my buffet or some pillows for my living room.

I am already a follower and have been for awhile. Love the quilt on Moda Back Shop. If I won your give away, I am not sure what I would do with the fall fabric. Maybe a table runner or incorporate them in to a wall hanging.

I just posted about your give away on my blog.

And if I would win this fabric, I would make cut fall wall hanging for my front door.

(I no longer use blogger, I use words press. But I don't have a word press address, for I have my own. It is www.dewins.us/blog. I had to use my blogger account for your settings don't allow for a URL. Just letting you know so your not confused if you go to my old blogger account.)

Oh no! I am so sad that your quilt pattern has been pulled. I loved it and hoped to use that pattern for a quilt for my mom. Are you able to post the tutorial here? After all those years of hard work you have to be very disappointed. I'm very sorry. I do love your blog though and will be adding it to my reader. I hope you have a good day!

I love the prints. I'm not sure what I'd do with them just yet. I might see if I could squeeze out a few little fall skirts for the girls with them.

I would use these fall fabrics in a quilt that I've nicknamed "browns". It's one of those lifetime projects that I pull out in the fall -- as it's handstitched 4 inch LeMoyne stars each with 24 pieces. These colors are perfect for that quilt. Thanks for the chance. Your new follower. p.s. I like Sandy Gervais fabrics too.
