Gift for the Neighbors!

Of course I'm making gifts for the neighbors at the absolute last minute possible. I always wait to do stuff like this until after the house is clean, the laundry folded, the driveway shoveled, I could go on.......... So, it never happens and I end up doing it at the last possible moment.

My friend lent me her book called Soups in a Jar. I thought they would make cute gifts for the neighbors. Here is the recipe if your interested.

2 T. dried minced onion

2T. chicken bouillon granules

2t. dried celery

1t. pepper

4 C. wide egg noodles

Pack into a jar with the spices at the bottom. Then tie a note to the jar telling how to make the soup. I'm too lazy to type that up, but if you click on the picture you should be able to see it ok.

I probably won't get around to posting before Christmas, so Merry Christmas to all of you. Thank you for you sweet comments and your friendship. I hope you all have a wonderful Holiday!

Love,

Nicole

What a 'warm' gift. Very very cute. Too bad we aren't neighbors.

Happy Anniversary too!

Merry Christmas.

Great idea. I'm getting a little sick of sweets. I always stress over neighbor gifts. These you COULD make a few weeks early and have them ready. Have a great Christmas with your family. Mimi
