Happy St. Paticks Day / Look what came in the mail!

First off, Happy St. Patricks Day. I hope you all have a wonderful, lucky day! My friends Family is Irish so they make really make St Patricks day a fun one. She asked me to make this little shirt for her 5 year old daughter McKayla, who is the cutest little thing on earth.

And, look what came in the mail last week.
Ok.......I know it doesn't look like much, but look what this cute girl made with them!
I saw them on this blog called Crafting Chicks. I actually copy a lot of ideas from this blog, like my Birthday Banner, and my Bracket Album, they are definitely some very crafty chicks.

Soooooooo, I thought these books were so adorable, I wanted to make some for my kiddos. They are very reasonably priced, but you do have to have a minimum purchase of $25 dollars. You get a lot thought, I got 8 5x5 board books, 8 8x8 board books and then these two Noah's Ark books for my kids to take to church and color in.

If your interested and want to buy some for yourself, just click here.

Oh, I almost forgot, be sure and come back tommowow, I'm having a big giveaway!

  12. Your little board books are so cute! I did something similar a few months ago when I made a travel journal. But instead of using a NEW book, I bought a child's board book at the thrift store and used that. Since each page was covered with paper and pictures, it didn't matter what was on there to start with. I even cut the pages apart, then drilled holes and used ribbons as rings to put them back together - that way I could use some 3D embellishments.
