Remember me??? The blogger who fell off the face of the earth! Not reallyit's just been one of those months. I think if I had to pickthe craziest month of the year it would definitely be July. We got back this last Sunday from our Family Reunion and we all had a ton of fun so I hope you won't mind me sharing some pictures.
Here is my husband's side of the family. We comes from a family of 10 kids
(9 living) so, yes it's pretty big, a lot of people are missing too!
happiest (and most quiet).
The camp we went to had a ropes course which my kids LOVED. Here is the hubby helping out my daughter and son on one of the obstacles.
to be able to participate in something.
faster than most of the adults.
They even had a pond that we were able to spend some time at!
And of course no family reunion would be complete without the talent show. My husbands brother's family (got that) showed us all up!

Check it out, theyhave a guitar, amp, keyboard and 4 girls that can sing harmony.
Any guesses???
Enjoying the talent show!
Here is his next favorite place to be, in the fire pit. No, there
was no fire at least not until later that night.
Yes, I was at the reunion. Just not in any pictures. I remember my first pregnancy I wanted my husband to take pictures every month to show how how big I was getting. By the time the 4th rolls around, the last thing I want is a picture showing how large I'm getting. Really, if my husband would have tried to take a picture I would have let him, but he didn't so I'm not complaining!
And just to prove I really have been working on something. I should have this project up and posted on Moda in the next week or so!
Any guesses???
huh it looks like that letter you did a while back (which i STILL need to try) but i know what it is cause when i was getting ready to post mine i saw your title...i'm a little excited to see it finished! ;)
ReplyDeleteOur family needs to have a reunion don't you think. I mean something other than dinner at my house. It looks like so much fun. I can't help but think of how much you hated camping growing up though!
ReplyDeleteI still hate camping. I just try and put on a happy face for the kids. Ok, it's not that bad, it's just trying to make myself look decent in the morning that I don't like!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you guys had a bunch of fun. What number is he of the 10? I always thought I'd like to be from a big family. Mimi
ReplyDeleteI swear July is officially reunion month! Looks so nice! Not like camping and reunions in Texas. Hot hot hot!
ReplyDeleteI know you probably don't want to show your belly, but I love belly shots! Even if you don't share with us, take some for your little guy. I am the 3rd kid and I only have 2 photos of my mom preggo with me. When I was little I was fascinated with them! There I am in mom's belly!
Where did you go for your family reunion?
ReplyDeleteIt looks so fun!
Looks like you went to Beauiful Heber Valley? What a fun reunion! My guess would be the letter as well..... but it was only just a little bit of a viewing....LOL And your right, JULY is a CRAZY CRAZY month!

ReplyDeleteI love a ropes course good times!
ReplyDeleteLooks like lots of fun at the reunion!!!
ReplyDeleteDo I detect a little bit of a Christmasy print? Tree skirt? Table runner? Stocking? I can't wait to see.
What a fun looking reunion! We just had ours (officialy reunion month apparently) and it was too quick. Over before we even started but still fun to go and see the family in Cedar City and visit the campus with the festival is going on.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see your new project. Cute new fabric. Reminds me of a scrapbook paper line from last year. Guesses? Tree skirt? Runner? Stocking??
