First Day of School

I had to show off some pictures of my kids on their first day of school. They were both so ready for school to start, that it's almost exciting to send them off. This is my oldest who is in 3rd grade this year. Wow, 3rd grade, just saying it seems weird, time flies. Her hair has gotten so much longer since last year. Are you ever a little jealous of your kids qualities??? I would give anything to have her head of hair, I think she must have gotten it from my husbands side.

And here is my cute little Kindergartner. This week has been sorta a tease for him. They go the first day for about 1/2 hour for an orientation, they he'll go Friday for some testing, but he really doesn't start school until this coming Monday. He is so ready for school to start, I think he is bored out of his mind. And me being pregnant and tired isn't helping, poor guy!!!

Look at this cute digi scrap booking kit they have over at Golden Girls. It's only $3.97. I think I need it. Now if I could only find a place that prints 12x12 layouts for a decent price, any suggestions???

  2. Look how cute these kids are! I don't think I've seen a recent picture of them so this is really fun. I don't scapbook so I can't help on who's cheapest but I'll ask my daughter bz she does. Hopefully you can get a bit of quiet time to scrapbook while they're in school. Does he have half day kindergarten or whole day? I know some places in Utah have changed it to a full day. Cindy

  9. I have a question. How did you manage to get such a huge following in the blogosphere? Did BlogHer help? I'd like to get a little more traffic on my blog, but I don't know what else to do.

  11. At Costco you can get a 12x36 for like $4.99. Cut it in 3 and you have 3 pages for 5 bucks! That's where I like to do mine!

  12. Someone else already said it, but Costco does a really nice job with the 12 x 12 prints. They are the cheapest quality around.
