A little Valentine

Don't worry! I'm not going to show the scary monkeys face. I just had to show you, I made something to go with her, something........not so scary!
I decided to make my daughter a valentines shirt. I drove myself over to Walmart and found this plain white one for $3!

I used wonder under to applique them and and then sewed around the letters!

It's not perfect, but it'll do! It was so fun to make, I even made one for my two nieces!

  3. Very cute!

What is Wonder Under?? I usually use heat and bond lite for my applique. I have never done applique on clothes, but have been meaning to give it a try. I was thinking of appliquing a "6" on a shirt for my daughter's b-day. I would love to know more about wonderUnder....thanks!

  11. Very cute! By the way, I thought the monkey was cute too. I asked Travis what he thought and he agreed with Corwin :(
We found a house on the other side of the freeway from you. It is technically in Layton. We were ready to put an offer on it, then it sold. I was so bummed. Fate can still make us neighbors again, don't worry.

  18. Those are so cute! I was also wondering what wonder under is and if you hand sewed those on? Is wonder under better than heat and bond?
